Rental -Costa Galera, Estepona

Just seen bbc news about taylor wimpey profits. It then went on to a guy who could not get a tenant on what looked like Phase 1 which he had bought at manilva beach. They went into an apt for an interview with a letting agent .
It might be on again on the late news or has anyone seen it at 6pm?

Yes I saw it too and managed to Sky Plus it!! Not very good advertising for us although no names were mentioned!! I couldn't believe what I was watching...

General gist was re. the current situation with the Spanish property industry - properties being built and not completed on and promises with regard to rentals etc etc.... all what we've heard before. It was basicaly about a couple who had bought from plan and hadn't been in a financial situation to complete!

It was just a bit shocking to see it on BBC news! The development wasn't portrayed in the best light with views of the building in front of ours being shown as unfinished as was the road and the red and blue monstrosity on the opposite side of the road!!!

I was absolutely amazied!!!
