Hi Steve
Yes completed last April on Phase 2.
Have been over there quite a few times from construction to completion to see how everything is progressing. I recommend that all owners if possible should go over.
The deposit we paid for furnishings was quite small and after seeing the size of the apartment (definitely not a luxury apartment) we opted to go for another furniture package which was much cheaper even though we lost our deposit.
Because of the low rental returns long term lets are going to become more favourable.
A new Spanish Law has come into effect that documentation has to be shown to a management company before they can take an apartment for long let which proves that you legally own the property.
When we were over there in February the water ran out.
As Manilva Beach was intended to be for holiday rentals the water tank in each Phase would have been adequate but if long term lets take off then water will be in very short supply.
As we know Manilva is a region undergoing mass development. How long this will go on for we dont know.
We can only hope that the infrastructure will be put in place to cater for this.
