Has anyone had  a phone call from this company.  They have cpntacted me with a guaranteed offer to sell.  Is this too good to be true? However they want 900 pounds fee upfront, which is refundable if sale does not go ahead.

It sounds like a huge scam to me, just one of many that seem to be going around in this depressed economic climate. All they want is a quick £900 and then, I'll bet,you won't see their feet for dust.
