Moving to United Golf La Tercia Aug 2009

Hi, my name is Peter,

Just a short introduction, Christine and I are moving to La Tercia Aug 2009 and have arranged a visiting the site  19th to 22nd Nov i.e. next week for an update on the current status.

• Does any one have any issues with United Golf, that I can ask and help on?
• Can you share any issues you have had, so I can avoid.

You will find a that there is a thriving community at UGR La Tercia, has a 1st phase purchaser we are very pleased with our property and the development is looking great.  The club house is not opened just yet, UGR are hoping to have the bar area opened for xmas.

I take it that you are a 2nd phase purchaser , i would imagine that most of the problems the 1st phase purchasers encountered will have been resolved for phase 2 like utility connections. 

Enjoy your trip and i am sure you will be pleased with the progress on the 2nd phase properties. If you would like any further info, just give us a shout.

Hi was just wondering how the development was coming on? Am a phase 2 purchaser and hopefully it will be ready this summer.
