Hello everyone,

Just joined and found your feedback from visits to seirra golf very informative.I have also purchased property a Albatross on M16.We have been receiving pictures from the company Propertunities who took us over to view site many years ago!!.The last lot of pictures show progress as the building is painted and external walls being built.Did anybody have problems with external colour of house being change from original spec.we challanged grupo masa on this but were told take it or leave it.Still getting used to new colour!but cant wait to move.

We are also purchasing an Albatross on M16.

Have you had a completion date yet? Also what is the colour of your villa?

We hoped for a sandy gold colour but have seen the villa behind us in a darkish green.  We hope ours in not that colour!

Do you know if we can re-paint it a better colour ourselves when we take posesssion?

No doubt we will speak again soon
