First licence

Hello,

I received a letter yesterday informing me that I can proceed with the dedds because the first ocupation license has been granted for La Mirada II Phase 1.  I have also started the paperwork with Caja Sur to transfer the mortage,

I will be in Mijas from December 26th.

Just heard from our solicitors that Phase 1 has license granted.

Phase 2 which we have should be very soon.

Booked our flights for mid Jan visit.

We are awaiting news on phase 2 but all seems to have gone quiet since phase 1 notices issued in december 08

Has anyone  moved in ? and or heard more.

Spoke to Marissa today, she said that phase 11 license has been applied for and that it should be granted by March.  We spoke to her specifically about block 5.

Thats a shame its so long

We are visiting in ten days time so was hoping to snag the unit and start looking at furniture. Gives more time for mortgage offer to arrive which is taking for ever

Hi, I was there in early january.  On phase II there are 2 or 3 owners already installed.  I arrange details with Cajasur and hopefully will sign before the end of january.

Phase 2

Just heard that licence for phase 2 has been granted this week 18th Feb 2009

Anyone moved into P.d M.phase 2 yet,or has any information about development

Hi We understand licence on phase 2 in place. We have forwarded snagging and going out on the 16th april to kick ....

as fed up with delays.

We have also forwarded our snagging list to Lawyers of Spain who informed us that it had been sent on to the developers.  More worrying is that the employee at Cajasur who we are dealing with has said that although our mortgage is agreed in principle, it could take 1 - 2 months to sub divide the developers mortgage and nothing can happen until that has been done!

If anyone is going our soon could they please update us on what's happening, we paid our deposit 2 years ago and feel that it is never going to happen!!

We are going to book for end of May regardless of whether it is ready so that we can try and move things on a bit.

In fact I paid my deposit 4 years ago and the paperwork at Cajasur has been running since the beginning of last december but hopefully will be finished soon.

WE are going out over Easter and have a meeting with the developer on the 14th We have not bought yet but hope to do a deal soon. I will post an update on the development when we get back on the 16th. If anyone has any general questions they want us to ask please let us know.
