Temporary Club House

Hi All,

Back from a recent visit and was told that we are having a temporary club house on Condado. Could anyone explain to me why we are having a temporary club house. Surely its a waste of money if pw have got to build another one!!

Oh by the way I must point out that I'm a blonde non golfer!  and looking forward to stress free holidays in the sun

Hi Lisa,

The temporary clubhouse will only be a fancy portacabin. Similar to they have used on previous courses.

I was told this on a visit in October, We will get a temporary one for about 12 months because they say the clubhouse needs to be something special to match the signiture golf course and they are still sorting the plans.

We shall wait and see.

Couldn't they use the empty, original sales office?  It's not bad-looking and seems an ok size????

I was told that the 18 holes will be ready next November and the clubhouse MUST be open for then. No mention of temporary facilities.

Hi Mike & Dawn,

I can't understand why they are still sorting the plans for the club house, did they not put plans in when they started this project as they knew it had to be something special then!!  Sorry Mike & Dawn, the questions weren't directed at you, but we were shown plans, models etc and thought that was going to be it!! Maybe not! .  I just hope that we will get a permanent club house in the not too distant future.

We were also told that the club house would be up and running by the end of the year 2009. No mention of a temporary one!
