Ikea in english please

Can any one help me.

I am trying to get Ikea Spain up on my computer.

I have typed in Ikea Spain & got the site but its all in spanish & as my spanish is very limited at the moment I just cant get my head round it.

So if there is anyone out there that help me find their site in ENGLISH please I will be very gratefull

Hi Jan,

They do not give you an option to browse the Spanish site in English.  My advice would be to log onto the UK site to choose the items then upload the Spanish site and open a translation website at the same time to see cost etc.

We did plenty of shopping at Ikea and we dont speak great Spanish! We opened Ikea UK & Ikea ES and then did comparisons - the site is almost identical and names of products are the same.

We also were not keen on going to Ikea Murcia once we had made a list so we used a company called Flatpaxabia.com and they take your list, do your shop and delivery it to your door! (If you want they will even put it all together). It saved us loads of time when we got to Spain so we can highly recommend them.

Jan - if you are interested, can I recommended cutting and pasting anything you are not sure of in Spanish from the Ikea (or any other) site onto a translation site - such as

http://translation2.paralink.com/

Go on the Ikea Spanish site. Click on the lady at the bottom called Anna. You can then ask her a question. Key English catalogue into the question box and a catalogue page will open up. Then click on Catalogo en Ingles and hey presto it's all there in English.

The mere mention of the word Ikea brings me out in a cold sweat having spent many hours in there in October.
