Merry Christmas to all from Margo and Paul. We are flying out soon and we can't wait. Looking forward to seeing our neighbours. It's a really different feeling when it's your own place - much better than just being on holiday. So hang in there guys, it's so worth it.

Hope everyone has a really great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thanks Sue and Dave for the photos of Phase 4 - quite happy to wait at present although I'm quite jealous hearing all the stories from Duquesa. Still, the road will soon be finished, the euro will weaken against the pound,  property prices will drop (sorry but it may well be the only way I get out there now) and it will be a prosperous New Year - well, it is Christmas!!
