community charge

I have noticed that i am paying 112 euros per month for the community charge. Is this comparable with what everyone else is paying?

If you PM me your apartment number I will check when I get home this evening whether this is correct or not.

May be it is correct as we pay €105.00 per month.

Just to clarify, the community fees are based on many variables including the size of the property, size of gardens, underground or outside parking, lifts or no lifts etc.

Monthly payments vary from around 58 euros to about 125 euros. I did send Toure a PM with some additional details but as I haven't had any further questions from them, I assume they are satisfied with the explanation.
