Possibly digging a deeper hole to bury his and others heads in, as predicted some time ago that they were doing.

I've just logged back on, ( after the well earned Christmas break ), and found that nothing has changed on here .

Still lots of "name-calling", slanging matches, snide remarks, bad language and hidden agendas...........so.........to all of you, I bid farewell !!

I shan't be posting on here anymore, and shall not be reading any more posts either.

I've done what I need to do and commenced litigation against SJ/HDT, at a great personal cost ( which I hope to retrieve ? ), and await the outcome.

It's now down to my Spanish Lawyer, and the legal system over there.

If I get my money back.........all well and good........if not........it won't be the end of me, and I'll fight on in life by working hard, as I've always done !

To those of you, who in my opinion, have spoilt this forum with your own soap box antics.............posting absolute twaddle along the way.........and have chased away many good and honest posters on this forum, I hope you get what you want out of this ??

To the rest of the genuine posters, ( definitely NOT twigit........what the hell is he supposed to be doing on here, anyway ?? ), I really hope you either get your money back, or your house built, ( very much doubt the latter !! ).

JA thanks you for starting up another strand for me but I really think that it is a waste of your time. AS for SADM I am sorry to say that no we have not changed our position and have a new report on the SARC site. Unlike you I have been enjoying Christmas and then the New Year.

So just incase you have any doubts you little minxe you......

It makes no difference to me if you still want to live in your little bubble .Every one knows SADM is finished .As for your SARC reports I have looked they tell no one anything they don't already know .As for the newspaper article the connection you are trying to make is quite pathetic it is a different senario completely .Hope you managed to get your lawyer in to court  regards your status and contract today or before otherwise you are in a very weak position ecpecially now that there is no chance of getting your house.Regards JA

El pinet  269 houses finished; medium price 142.000€ (Vilas duplex and apartments) 42.032.000 €

El Pinet 229 not finished with deposit and some like 50% paid medium 30.000€ each; 6.870.000€

Imperium 900 partners(company that some investor put money into, of 30.000 euros each) 27.000.000€

There are more companiesplus what SJ own to Providers people + partners (we do not know yet)

All this is making an account of 126.000.000€

So i live you this here to think about it.

This is just estimate, but not to far from the reality, may be more, but not less.

Pls let me know where you can hold all that anount of money.
