My Father in Law over five years ago purchased o villa in pieddra (Sos bout spelling) through Palmera Properties..... the last he heard was 2 years ago from them wanting more money to complete but he had bought (so he thought) a 4 bed villa which is now a 3 bed. My question is in light of the situation regarding both miradoe and palmera properties what should he do??...
He is saying he will sit tight and when its all sorted between mirador and palmera then he will pay his balance and complete the purchase. Im a little sceptical given the press and all the lies from palmera that this will ever happen and am concerned he could just end up losing all the money he has already spent..
Has anyone got any advice for me to pass on to him??
