Town Centre

I am in block 5 of the Naranjos penthouses, Can anyone tell  me what progress is taking place on any of the town centres or facilities that provide shops/bars.resturants near to my apartment. Any estimated completion dates would be appreciated, I was last in Spain Early November and the only open trading facility was in Jardines on the opposite side of the resort.

They are building the new Faro town centre which is now to be located in-between the Jardins and Naranjos on the internal road, it is supposed to be opening in the late spring early summer I think? until then the only things available on site is the bar and supermarket in-between Jardin 5&7
