Thanks Phil for the info.

Unfortunately I wish mine was as simple it looks like my solicitor never paid any of monies of to the notary, hence why the notary in San Javier still has my deeds and they are incuring interest!

But I will look into what you have said who knows the notary might have got it wrong.
