Hi
Thanks for your kind offer but it was not about looking for a trophy it was about looking for cometition I guess it's about what constitutes enough lady members, and the handicapping systems and strategically place tees should allow for men and woment to play in the same comp which is why I asked the question.
I am happy to play in open mixed comps as I do here in UK - but no doubt the guys might be a bit anxious - and as I have sponsored Cheshire Ladies Golf and supported a number of ameteurs by subsidising coaching for them as I said I was not looking for a trophy but for fun! and nothing beats a good competition.
How about a team comp? men & men, ladies & ladies or mixed teams of two or four better ball stableford or medal?
regards to all

Just an update on the Bar-B-Q - Buffet at the Yorkshire Mill Shops Trophy, It's been pointed out to me that 6 euro's per head would not be enough, Sorry. But the cost has been put up to 10 euros per head for all. Once again sorry but I'm sure it will be all be worth it.

Hi Tony,
Hope you and Janet are well. We are coming over on the 11th Feb for a few days and I am looking forward to seeing the progress on the golf course. Are the paths in yet and do the tees look any better than they did in Nov?
Could you please put my name down for the Friday Frolic on the 13th and who knows, if Mandy agrees I might get to join you on the Sunday aswell.
See you soon
Barry

Hi Barry Mandy and Baby.
Hope hope all is well.
Well Janet was going to fly back to Spain last night (Monday) but all was cancelled until Friday, so she still in the UK.
The tee are the same most of the hardcore is down for the buggy track and the bridges have handrails, but thats it.
There's a bar opening this Monday coming, where Amber office was and Alan a SGS member is opening one near the driving range in a few weeks.
Your names down.
See you soon
Tony.

Hi Tony
That's great news about the bars opening!
Any chance of a few pictures of both of them if possible.
We're out in March and will be putting some euros across the bar.
Thanks for the update

Hi Nigel
There not much change at the Bar where Amber was but as soon as the sign go's up I will take a few pics and put them on eos.
As far as Alan Bar go's he only started it today but I know he's orded the Cabin style building and it should be up in a few weeks, same again when it's up I will post some pics. But all good news.
And they say the supermarket will be open next month, we will see.
See you in March

Hi Tony,
As Nigel says, thats great news about the bars. Who knows I might even get a pint there before I go back on the 16th. It will be good to get a proper bar near the golf course to take our minds off that long suffering game know as golf!!
Sorry to hear about Janet getting stranded, but the weather has been pretty bad here in the last few days, even in the tropical sub-climate of Liverpool. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they are expecting more snow in the south east on Thursday, so lets hope nothing changes with the flights for Friday.
Looking forward to coming out, 3 months seems like an awful long time.
See you next week.
Barry, Mandy and Kian
