Hi everybody has anybody got any info at all on this development is it adead fish or is it still on going please let us know. no fead back since october somebody must know something

I've returned from Spain recently after having spoken to a number of estate agents ( there are a few left ) about this developement. They told me that the land owners would need massive funding from the banks to begin this developement. This would be refused because = 1   With over 500,000 properties already empty in Southern Spain they believe they could not be sold.    2  the banks don't have money to lend and 3  Spains recession is much worse than ours. The consensus was that this developement  is a non event ,at least for the next 5 years.   J.P.
