Hi Ellen & Jim

Thanks for photos.

How are things on the development, have things settled down on the break-ins?

Did you get an impression of the mix of nationalities who have bought on the site and are living there?

We are going out in late February for a week to get NEI number, can't wait. Hopefully our apartment will be finished in June, does this still look possible to you?

Sorry so many questions, impatient to complete and start using the property now

regards

Brian & Lorraine

Hi Ellen and Jim

By the look of the photos seems the weather was good while you were there.

How did you find the local bars etc? are they still holding free spanish lessons in the pizzaria?

Where do you stay when you go out?

We are out again in Jan for a week.

Happy Christmas to all on La Matanza.

Jayne

Hi Jayne,

Yes, the weather was really nice, 20 - 23 degrees during the day - bit chilly in the evenings but by no means cold.  We stay in San Miguel at a relatives place.  We asked our son to come with us - as he is used to driving on the 'wrong side' of the road, but surprisingly, we found the left hand side system much easier than expected!  We had great fun getting lost and find other places.  But have some bearings of the area now.

We had a lovely time and met a few people on the developement and in the village.  The cafe/bar was very friendly and helpful.  We didn't go to the restaurant - closed, but will next time.  Anyway, my novice Spanish with a few of the locals seemed appreciated (and caused a few laughs).

We took over a hundred photos, which need to be loaded onto my PC (awaiting said son to do - as I am hopeless!) - will put some on here for the benefit of other buyers.

Have a lovely Christmas and New Year, and goes without saying - enjoy Espana in Jan 07.

Regards,   Ellen & Jim.
