Long term lets will cover your mortgage, holiday lets will cover all costs and leave some weeks for you to use the property.

You must lend me your calculator some time.........either that or PM me with the names of anyone who wants to buy my apartment - great location, overlooking the pools. There will be a huge drink in it for you if you do.

I'll even let the buyer make me an offer and i'll take it from there......

Have you completed or do you wish to sell on your contract???

Sell on my contract would be perfect, all the estate agents I have spoken to would not even start to market unless I had completed.

The advice I had when I purchased was that it would be easy to sell on the contract -it appears this won't be as easy as we thought.

The one good thing is that I can offer a decent discount as the € is so strong against the £ at present.
