Certificate of Habitation issued for Penthouses!

Hi All

Just to let you know that we have just received an e-mail from our solicitor with our Certificate of Habitation attached!  We are in Bloq 3 and the inspection date was 28th January.  Great news for us as we were going to complete next week with or without it!

 Hi Jo, Ours have just arrived too!! We're in Block 2 (236). We seem to have been waiting ages. Maybe we'll see you over there and have a glass of champers to celebrate!!!

I've just found out it's blocks 1-5 that have been issued, from what i've read on here there are a number of you in block 10 so hopefully they'll be in the next batch in the near future.

Further update on the COH saga for the Penthouses.......

We are in Block 16 and have been informed today by PW that our revised completion date is now March 9th 09 and that the habitation certs WILL definitely be ready for completion on that date !!!

I wait with baited breath and a slight notion of "Hmm, heard that one before !!"

Has anyone heard about habitation licences for block 6?

I've just been reading threads on another forum and Habitation Certificates have been issed for Penthouse Block 11 today.  I was hoping Block 6 would be next as Block 1-5 have been done!.  Perhaps another week or two.

We are in Block 6 and have just received our Habitation Certificate today  -  Hurray!......  The want us to complete 11/03/09.

HI, just thought I'd join in too.  Had notification yesterday, we are in Block 15, Polaris are suggesting 18th March for a completion date.  Let's wait and see.  Hope to meet some of you very soon.  Jackie & Kevin

Have purchased on block 13 Penthouses.Has anyone any info on when we will receive hab certs.

You should be geting it soon as everyone is getting them. Maybe contact your solicitor to see if it is coming soon

We recieved our Habitation Certificate for our Penthouse in Block 16 end of last week via e-mail so I'd imagine yours will be ready.
