Certificate of Habitation issued for Penthouses!

Does anyone know what the fees are for the transfer of the property include notary, mortgage fee bank drafts etc?

We completed without certificate of habitation in November 2008, We are in Block 5, Got back today having had our first full week in apartment, Had a great time, Things are shaping up, We are still to hear any news about our certficate, I am correct in thinking I will be informed of its arrival from our solicitors??????????

we too completed without the COH in Nov (Block 7).  I called customer services last week & they e-mailed me a copy of the cert over.  Apparentley the originals are required to enable the utilities to be connected - then they will send them on.

Thought you were in block 9??? (not 7).  Hope you get that one sorted before you go out at easter, Deb wont be happy if you end up in the wrong bed!!!!!!!!!  after a few drinks watching the footie.

Hi all,

Just had our COH through - block 11 !

I must keep off that Red Wine when on the E-O-S.  Iv'e been all over the place form time-to-time - normally when staggering back from "The Sugery" though.  Not got that excuse this time!!............Must have been Deb who wrote that mail????

Would I be correct in thinking that the utilities are free from the builder until we connect which ofcourse we cannot do until we recieve the COH, If so I am in no hurry to recive it???
