We are due to complete in May. our quad villa on phase one. Could I ask please if anyone would be willing to inform me, pm if you wish, what would you consider to be an average bill for a quarter period ref Elec / Water / phone etc. and to what extent have prices risen over say last two years. much appreciated, and again so much info on here from those living out there, thanx a lot.
