Lock change

I am enquiring if anybody has had their locks changed on their front gate to the penthouses, as we have just been told by the lady who has my keys,which means I won't get in if locked as we only have a key to the old lock, has this happened to anyone else, and neither can she to clean the apartment,

I dont think anyone can change the lock as its a communal lock, surely whoever changes it would need permission by everyone in that block.

If you change the front gate lock it will be up to that person to ensure the other remaining three residents have a replacement key and I would say for all the keys they have for the gate.
