Todays Weather

This morning in Greater Manchester it is -7 and the forecast for the weekend is said to be nearer -9, the heating is on constantly, whats like in San Cayetano?          Happy new year to all.

Hi Vox,Happy New Year,oh dear,not too good in the UK then at the mo.Its currently 13.5 degrees but very overcast today,and had an overnight low of just under 11 degrees at San Cayetano.Went up to 18 yesterday but was a bit cloudy.Better than UK tho,lol.

Thanks to John Kettley fo the weather update...lol - I mean Steve & Antia. Its awful really when you live here because people in the UK  think you're just larging it up and showing off that its not so cold, ooops we are!! lol

We had a power cut on 5 last night and had to go to a party unironed.....thankfully nobody could tell by candle light! I've heard of bring a bottle but we had to bring a torch and some candles lol. It only added to the fun.

How nice that when we had the power cut  people came together making sure everyone had candles and were ok. My neighour Anne was down so quickly making sure we had light of some kind, it was really nice. Great community spirit!!!

I think but cant be certain that the generator had been set alight . When i picked the kids up last night i saw an electric box on phase 2 on fire and little legs running from the crime scene BUT it was pitch black at that point so cant be certain that kids started it. Im assuming thats the generator as as soon as it set alight all the power went.
