Hacienda De San Cayetano Wealth Tax

Hi Everybody,

                          I have just had a e-mail from my solicitors who are handling my Wealth Tax affairs notifying me of the charge amount. Has any body else received their payment requests yet???

There is no thing as wealth tax it was stopped last year but what the government said there would not be time to remove it from the law but it would be set at 0 tax so check it I know of no one else with this request

 we have just been to san cayetano  and paid wealth tax for 2007 as we signed for our property in 2007 , we have not been advised  by our solicitors about 2008 as yet, so i should imagine it depends on when u signed for your property  if you have wealth tax to pay or not

Hi All

We paid our 2007 wealth tax in October 2008. Our solicitor advised us how much to pay. I know other people on site who completed last year as well, but have paid it much earlier this year.

A proportion is paid for how many days you have had the property throughout the year
