pool facilities etc

Does anyone know if there is any more news re the facilities, we live in Manchester and will not be over til next year, Is there anyone getting up any legal body, to look into this, and are we all getting together on this. We did not buy to have to get in the car everyday for some facilities. we bought for the use of on site, to be able to come over and relax, not to wait outside a communal pool, that doesn't open until June at 3.30 every day , There is a programme on television that used to be on channel four last year that looked into problems with brits buying abroad, does anyone remember it,  also where are these letters taray were sending to us all in september,

  

I was on site at the week end and sales could not say any more than already stated. That is if they dont build on the original plot they will put a pool on the sales office plot and they are now talking about Jan09 before starting this. This is all unacceptable to me and Iv told my solicitor so. I know my solicitor has others from the site as clients but Iv no idea if there is any coordination between us buyers on this?

I don't know about any letter that was promised by Taray for September.  

I have only just had the one dated 31 July 2008 forwarded by our solicitor.  I don't feel particularly comforted by that one.  

If you don't have a copy of the July letter, which is an open letter to all purchasers on phase 1, send me a pm with your e-mail address and I'll send you a copy with my translation.
