Nearly 2009! Time to think about Air Con!

Hi,

We are due to complete on our property in July 09 (Phase 2) and its time to start thinking about all those extra add ons.

I went onto an Air Con website (CLIMAZONE ELX) and didn't have the first idea about how many and of what type units i need.

Please can anyone help?  We have bought a quarter villa and would like to hear from owners of the same property type, as to what worked for you, please tell us how much we should expect to spend aswell.

Hi we are in a quad and used a local UK guy that came recommended he has done quite a few on the site now.  He came up with some good ideas and certainly was not out to rip us off as he advised against things that could have cost us more and given him more profit, if you want his name and number send me a PM and I'll send you his details

I was told the spanish local man was the cheapest and was very friendly.
