I.B.I LOCAL TAX

Hi everybody,

just wondered if anybody has had the local council tax bill yet , and if they have ,how much was it ?

Been thinking about this myself, not sure but I think we have to register our properties at the local town Hall.

Anyone out there can confirm?

We didn't register our property at the Town Hall.

We completed in October 2007 & received the bill to our Spanish post box some time between June & August with a last date for payment 25th November.

Many on our development have not received a bill & have gone to teh town hall with their deeds, NIE numbers & Passports & have been able to make the payment (in cash only) & set up a direct debit for future payments.
