I am buying an Aroma on this complex.  I now require a larger property.  If anyone is thinking of pulling out, I might be interested in buying out your contract for the original price paid.

Have you contacted Huma, and informed them of your wish to up-size.  They have promised to contact everyone, who wishes to do so, once building has re-started, and offer them first choice of the remaining properties (and those properties that have had their contracts cancelled) at the price you would have paid when you bought your property.  Hope you can make sense of that.

Ideally I am looking for a Donana at the original price of 160000 euros  but would consider any larger property up to a max of 170000.
