I am waiting for keys and title deeds from preniesur for an apartment phase 4 block 5

Is anyone else waiting the same or any info would be of help.

I cant seem to get any answers from anyone

Any comments would be greatly appriciated

HI dont think they have let anyone move in yet?, have you tryed looking on the arenal golf forum good place for info the( bantem blog), iam over in arenal golf from 16th-23 feb i shall try an fine out whats going on there for you, we have just moved in to block 4 phase4 an we are well happy.

We completed on our phase 4 block 5 apartment last October.   As far as we are aware there should be nothing stopping anyone completing in this block.    We are delighted with the apartment although it will be good to get some neighbours as when we go out there it is very quiet!     I believe some Spanish buyers have also completed in this block.

We are also getting plenty of enquiries for the summer and have quite a few bookings already.
