Valuation figures

Hi, we are new to the forum having just found it and after reading such helpful and interesting articles we felt we must get involved.

We are still waiting to coplete on block 15,we are struggling with the usual mortgage let downs etc and we will contact those brokers on the forum who have positive reports.

Can some one give us an idea of the current valuation of the top flor 2 bed penthouse,as we await a valuation from Adam and C

Our penthouse (Block 2) was valued 12,000 euros less than purchasr price, though I have read here that some penthouses have been valued more than purchase price. I think it depends on which valuation company the bank uses. I think it's a bit of a lottery really, so we're not too concerned as we feel long term things will even themselves out.

Our 1st floor in block 16 was valued in November by Bancaja at a few hundred Euros only over the purchase price of EU 137400  - however my immediate neighbour on the same floor had a vaulation at 4K over the same purchase price !

Seems to ba a lottery depending on which lender you are with and also I guess the general state of the site at the time the valuation is done  - as more facilities are completed, the valuation surely must increase ??
