Hi all,
Having granted power of attorney to my solicitor to complete on my behalf back in October and not having been out to Spain since, I am keyless at the moment and coming to Condado next week for a few days! I know that my solicitor and Polaris both have sets but thought that as I could well be pushed for time it might be easier to collect keys from Polaris than my solicitor on this occasion. Can anybody shed any light on where I might be able to collect keys for my apartment from and who I might need to contact to arrange this? Will I need to go to the Polaris World main office or is there an office on Condado which has the keys?
Thanks very much for any help you might be able to give.

You should be able to pick up a key from Condado but you will have to produce proof of who you are (obviously you will have your passport) and you will have to arrive at Condado during office hours. If this will be the case then you can email polaris and tell them that you will be arriving on such and such a date and to release the key to you when you arrive.
Hope this helps.
Linda

You will need to go to the sales office on Condado. It is usual for your solicitor to have four keys and PW to have one. I would confirm this with your solicitor.
PW normally keep a key, for six months, to allow them to enter and rectify any reported problems.

Hi Mark
Just e-mail customer services at Condado and tell them that you are coming over on the ------ and that you need to pick up your key .
If you are not arriving until late at night let me know and I will PM you .
