HI
I have just received contents of my post box in alhama and inside was what appears to be a contract from electric company (all in spanish). I am presuming everyone has received this! If so can you let me know if all i need to do is sign a copy and send back to Iberdrola. Does anyone have a an idea as to what it actually is!

I have the same question - where do you get the key to your mailbox? And are the mailboxes beside the supermarket?
I am onsite for a couple of days next week and hoping to pick up my mail too.

Hi folks.
We are just back from CdA and picked up our postbox keys from a guy that works out of the old customer services portacabins.
He told me he works for 'Resort Property Management' which are the company that hope to take over the day-to-day maintanence of CdA when PW hand over.
It's a bit hit and miss when he's actually there, but he just needs to see your passport, you sign a piece of paper and he hands you the 2 keys. Go and check they work straight away.

Oh bye the way. The 'new' PW customer service dept is now in the same building as the sales office.

thats handy.nice and near and always worth a visit for a site update.they are very helpful and well worth chatting to. and dont forget to collect your discount vouchers after completing and complete form for resort discount card

It was very hit and miss trying to get hold of keys I think it was on the 5th attempt we managed it. Also tried to get out welcome pack through Christina but they didn't have any, is this what the discount vouchers are from George?

Hi everyone
Also while mentioning about discount vouchers at PW Customer Service dont forget to ask for your guarantees for your electrical appliances they've installed i.e. cooker, hob and cooker hood and water heater. It comes in a nice wallet all neatly done.

yes mandy.had they run out?the discount voucher pack is ok but the main benefit for golfers is one free round at any polaris course but must be taken in first 3 months after collecting..my self and others will offer something for them to non golfers.they also give you a form to complete that entitles you to a discount card for 10% off at the bar.hopefully other places will open eventually in the foro where we can use it as well.

We are in apartment J1160 so it looks like we are quite close neighbours!
Our management company were able to pick up our post box keys, it just takes an e mail to customer service advising who you are giving authority to and they will release keys. Our company who is fairways property services Rob and Joanne then posted out anything they thought needed attention.
Hope to meet with you sometime.

If you contact PW customer services they will tell you if you have been connected yet. We are in Jardin13 and have still not had electricity or water meters fitted according to customer services which we are happy about as we are still on the builders supplies.
