Single Bed bases

Hi,

  has anyone had any quotes for air-con for a two bedroom apartment. I am interested in a rough guide to how much to expect to pay. Also i have posted a few more pics taken from block 8 on the 14/12/06,

 Be grateful for any info.

I had my aircon fitted last year, (2 bed apartment block 1) and paid around 1,500 euros for the 3 units.  Speaking to other people this was cheap.  The problem you will find is getting someone to fit it.  Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and in the end our property people fitted some boards under where the outside units are to the aircon fitters could stand on them to do the fitting.  You really need some sort of crane/hoist to install the outside units.
Another thing you should be aware of is blockages in the drain pipes.  have these checked or you could experience damp inside your apartment.

I agree that 1500 Euros sounds cheap. We have just paid 1900 Euros for 3 units, in our 2-beroom apartment including installation. This was arranged through our agents, Ocean Estates. We will find out what sort of a job they have made when we go out for the first time next week!
