I hear from the Spanish underground that you have now too found yourself in the same position as us all. Whilst I could suggest that it is an ironic situation you find yourself in, I only offer you my sympathy and hope that you manage to get something back.
What I would say is...join your comrades and join the revolt in trying to fight against teh sacndal and corruption.

sorry nothing on SADM. Twiglet had purchased on El castillo in Jumilla. Looks like they have not got licences and are not building and have refused to return money to him. He is now out of pocket by 21,000 and will have to pursue through the courts. He does not have an administration process to speed up the courts so his fight could be a lot longer.
I take no pleasure in hearing this despite the obvious irony. No doubt he will no longer be following his own advice in letting things go and not trying to claim money back. It appears old Alan is writing to everyone now kicking up a fuss.
Lets hope that his added voice to ours can make a difference!

Suprised to hear that ** EDITED - Threat of legal action ** has purchased o EL Castillo as when he acted as my agent during purchase at SADM he informed me that he had arranged a purchase of a Tulipan and his son had also purchased one, do I take it he lied to me or is this an acceptable sales pitch?.
Feel I have been conned by both SJ and my agent. as my granny used to say what you sow you reap lets hope this applies to SJ also.

Who the hell does Twigidiot think he is telling the rest of us to sit back ,do nothing and wait for our houses .Looks like he has woke up and smelled the roses . He is really spitting the dummy out the pram .Now he knows how the rest of us feel .
Well Twigit if your reading this calm down ! best to wait ,do nothing and support this company it is the only way to get your house no point wasting good money on legals .Trust them and you are sure to get your house in the end . You are a muppet !
