Legal Action

Hi,

I have been reading your threads and comments with great interest, I currently have deposits on 2 apartments at Trampolin Hills which currently, it looks like never it will never be built.

Many of you like us are very upset with this situation, however the best options seems to brush ourselves down, move on and see what options are left to us legally! 

This is a significant amount and with all of the people that they have taken money from there should be a sizable claim, is there a mass claim going on or is everyone making their own claims? 

I hope that you can help and I look forward to your thoughts.

Whats this ? www.justiceforall.eu  it does not work for me, anyone know or read anything about the E.U concerns about this type of abuse ? What action is Madrid taking ?

Any truth in the rumour that TH have obtained a loan of 80 million to proceed with the building works once the final licence has been approved
