SARC report February

Has anyone looked at the February report  on the SARC site .What can I say .SARC are still prepared to listening to the SJ spin ,have they not had enough yet ! Please  !!!!! pigs do not fly ! I understand the reality is a bit hard to bare but please lets get real it ain't going to happen .

But with this developer having such a good track record over the last 2 years with banks worldwide having so much money to lender  with banks being so eager to lend to high risk developments  with the property market in Spain being so good  house prices increasing month on month  I bet investors are queuing up
