Builders need advice.

Hi All

We have  heard that the golf course, could be being extended to become an 18 hole golf course.Does anyone else have any information about this.?

We went over in November and put down a deposit on an apartment and the sales office had just got confirmation that planning had gone through to extend the golf course to an 18 hole course. Which is really good.

                ARE YOU SURE OF THIS? CHECK OTHER FORUMS SUCH AS WWW.MURCIA-GOLF.CO.UK, AND YOU WILL REALISE THAT AS YET THE SALES OFFICE ARE NOT SAYING ANYTHING, WHICH MAKES ME BELIEVE THAT THIS IS JUST A SALES PITCH.

A little information regarding the golf course, that I received from our agent. 

In response to your email regarding the golf course at the United Golf development, I have spoken to the developer and they have informed me that they currently have plans to extend the planned 9 hole course to an 18 hole course. This is to be confirmed as they are waiting to receive the proposed license.

Does anyone have any more information regarding the development, has anyone visited the site lately.
