Discount vouchers

Help Please

I am sure that I read a thread, possibly before xmas that Polaris was giving out booklets of discount vouchers to be used in Polaris resturants on their sites & also for Golf

We were out in January but didnt bother to go & sort it out

Was over last week & was told that the discound vouchers  were not available now & was advised to purchas the Polaris members card

As Ham is a very good cook &  so would not nescasary go as far as the other polaris sites for a meal & we are not golfers & as I dont think you can pass on the golfing perks ti friens etc I am wondering if it is worth while getting one. Advice re discounted vouchers & members card will be greatfully  recieved

Polaris Club membership cards are free (2 per property I believe).  I got mine by post after sending off an application form, but you should be able to pick them up from the sales office.

The "Discount Vouchers" hamebabe refers to are no longer available PW have stopped issueing them they were in a welcome pack. No reasons given but they are finished.

The dicount card is available to all on application and gives you 10% off in PW bars and restruants only. Can not be used for anything else.

I have heard but not confirmed that these will be sold next year not free.

Mick where do we hand the form into? the Condado sales office? Main office? or can I scan and email it?

We handed ours in to Cristina the call centre girl in the sales office, who sent it to head office then it was posted back to us some weeks later.

You could e-mail her and ask if you can send a scanned version?

When we were over in early March we called in to the Customer Services office on Condado to pick up our Welcome Pack

We were told that they had run out and were waiting for a new supply from the printers. They promised that they would be available by the time of our next visit

I completed on my 2 bedroom apt in Jardines 13 in June 2008. I have never received a welcome pack, discount voucher or Polaris Discount card. What was in the welcome pack? Will the discount card get me 10% off at the Surgery? I am out in 4 weeks, do you think I will be able to get vouchers or a discount card by then?

It'll be tight if you 'll get your card in time, mine was about 4 weeks after handing it in at La Torre. Give it a go mate. You get 10% off at all Polaris bars & restaurants, it should include the surgery which I've heard plenty about but never had the experience!!!!

We completed last June but never asked for Welcome Pack at that time because Golf Vouchers were only valid for 3 months and my husband didn't have time to golf then.

Just got back at weekend.When I asked for Welcome pack,Christina told me they are not available and it is highly unlikely that anymore will become available in the future.Not amused because apparently there were 2x 55 euro tickets available free  for any Polaris course in the pack.

Bit unfair that some people are not receiving pack just because Polaris can't be bothered to make more available.You do  benefit from discount as you are a Resident,cost was 55 euros per round,you just give your apartment number at reception desk at course.
