Jardine 12 No electric - Help!!

Hello

We will be arriving at our apartment on Saturday, however our keyholder has informed us that Iberdrola have fitted the electric meter and fuse box, they have taken 155 euros from our account, but we have no electric.

Does anybody know if this is a temporary thing when connection takes place and is anybody else in the same position.  Every time we come we have a nightmare with electric!!

Hi Ruth,

I spoke to Carol last week and she said that Iberdrola had fitted the meter in one of our apartments and the electricity was working fine.  However, they said they didn't have a contract for the other apartment - funny that they have the paperwork for one  apartment but not the other when we did everything at the same time.  Why would we fill in the form to have electricity in one apartment and not the other?!!!  Carol was going to speak to Christina in the Customer Service Centre to get it sorted out before we arrive on Friday.

In answer to your question, it looks as though once the meter is fitted, you should have electricity.  Can your key holder not sort it out for you before you arrive?  Carol has been really good at sorting things out for us - couldn't have managed without her!
