Telephone conections

Happy new year residents

Does anybody know if people have had telephone conections to there properties yet? If no one has been conected  yet does anybody know when conections will be available ? Reading peoples experiences on other developments it has been in some circumstances  many years before they have been conected.

It wil be the same here ,easiest way seems to get a radio telephone unit,you can also hook up a pc to it , But it will be slow,Sorry have no running cost,etc, for it, will find out more when we move there in March

Ron is right about the phone lines, radio seems the only way at the moment (roughly 15€)

What you can do though is get a Skype phone connected via PC. With this you can call anywhere (even UK) for 1€ per hour (plus cost of internet call).

Telefonica (Spains BT) have English speaking customer service, just dial 1004, wait for the Spanish to stop and say "Ingles". They can also put you through to English Movistar for mobile phone enquiries.
