Useful names and numbers

These are some of the latest as gleaned from our trip last week.

Hi, we have purchased one of the apartments in block 7 last summer but found we had problems with the water going off, do you know if these problems have been rectified? We have some friends in there at the end of April and a few more rentals going in over the summer would be reassuring if someone could give me that info

We used to deal with Juan Antonio but not sure if he is still with the company.

The water and electricity are a lot more stable than last year.  We were recently out for 2 weeks and the only problems were over Easter when the electric and water were on and off for a while.  Otherwise, no problems.

The utilities go off ocasionally yes, but they rectify it pretty much right away if you ring.  If you explain this to your guests they should be understanding. As for the tenants renting in the summer, you might want to give them the option as they may well complain if not made aware of it before renting. 

We wont be able to be confident of it not happening until we are on utility contracts badger, and there is no sign of that happening any time soon.   Its inconvenient but quite livable if you know it may happen and have the numbers to ring for assistance.  

Juan antonio is still with the company as far as i am aware and deals with Arenal duquesa and Arenal golf.   He is no longer based on site permanently but there is always somebody.  At the moment it is Alfonso.  Pdrich posted some numbers earlier

I have been trying to contact Juan Santos but all I am getting is a fax tone.  I am still trying to get someone to fire up my heating. The air con works, but not the heating. It's driving me quietly bonkers, to tell you the truth. I wasted 3 days of my holiday trying to get this done.  Does anyone out there have another number or an email address that I can try please?  Margo
