Has anyone any update news on the community fees and when the 1st instalment will be taken out? I regularly check our account expecting to see it debited but nothing so far. At this rate we'll be into the next due instalment which will take it into silly money stakes.

the final figures havent been sorted.im out on thursday and will be bending vistoria's ear.please forgive me if i tell her to get another job.

You're too late George.

I could be wrong but I get the impression that she works for Carrillo Advisors ( www.carrillo-asesores.com) and  only works on our stuff a couple of days a week.
