Hi Kevin and Bev
The actual fittings for the lights are a different size - I bought a couple of light fittings and various shades in England and shipped them over with other things. Spanish light fittings are much wider in diametre, so if you are taking your own lights over, you also need to take your ceiling roses/connectors too - as you probably know Taray leave all the light fittings as just wires dangling from ceilings etc. same would go for bulbs - if you are taking British standard fittings, you also need to stock up on corresponding bulbs.
Hope this helps
Karen
Thanks Karen, we might just buy them over there to save the hassle
we got all our lights from a electrical shop in roldan we had 13 lights including ceiling fans and including fitting for around 450euros we shopped around first and this was the best deal we could find.
