Hello everyone,

I am new to this website,I am looking to buy on the new phase Can anybody give me the following information. I am looking for information on local taxi fares in the area

ie, from airport to san cayetano

from san cayetano to beach

from san cayetano to dos mares shopping centre

Is there a bus service at the moment

whats the cheapest car hire

does anyone do key holding for properties and what are the rates.

Check out www.aurigacrown.com for your car hire, we always use them several times when flying in to Alicante and have never found any cheaper, don't know if they have a place at San Javier airport.

Can't help with the rest but I'm guessing that your taxi fares will be around 20-25 Euro to beach or San Javier airport.

 For that information,I have checked the website out and they are in Murcia airport.The prices seem very good compared to other companies.

Hi

I use www.doyouspain.com  for car hire and have always found them to be excellent in service and price.  There is a circle bus that runs aprox every hour from San de la Ribera to Murcia and passes most of the small villages found this very cheap think 3 euro each to go to Murcia.

Hope you choose to buy, which area will you be buying in as not sure if availability still left on the buildings that are being built at the moment and had thoguh that the rest of phase two had been put on hold for a few years.

We were told that some properties were still available on the new phase, and still some on the old phase.Wont know until our next visit.Undecided on the area as we have looked at other places.

The transport links are important to us as not sure about buying a car.

Just back from ten days in San Cayetano in a borrowed apartment - just joined this forum with three what might seem rather simple questions.  Does the bus from San De La Ribera to Murcia stop in San Cayetano and, if so, where ?  Is it the stop near the tobacconists ?  And what is a quad villa ?

Yes that is where the bus stops.  If you go onto www.taray.es you can look at all the different property types on the site.
