Power of Attorney (POA)

Hello All

I am arriving in Spain on Mon 15th and am due to sign the title deeds on 16th Jan. Im still having no end of problems!!! They want me to sign before completing my snag list. This seems highly irregular. Please can you tell me if you completed your snag list before or after signing?

With regrds to the kitchen, youhave probably already guessed as you have all been there yourselves, but it is still unresolved and dragging on! I suspect Gomendio really hate me by now!

I would really like to meet up with some of the residents on my visit next week. Just to have a chat and say hello. I am planning to rent the property out so would like to talk with residents who live there and see how best to fit in with you all. IE.... any problems in my absence like alarms going off etc...are there any key holders living at La Entrada?

Does anyone know of any wireless internet cafes/bars near by to la entrada?

There is an Internet and telephone facility in a shop on the N322. Walk up to the roundabout, turn left and it is one of the shops on your left. I used for the Internet and thought there rates very reasonable.

We presented our snagging list to the girl in Gomendio's office in Panorama Park the day after signing at the Notary. Get her to sign and date it and get a photocopy for yourself and your solicitor. Hope this helps.

Has anyone had broardband installed in their apartments? Is it costly?

I have just been told that La Zenia hotel has wireless internet...

We tryed to get broudband in september, but they could not deliver yet. It was not at La Entrada, this was telefonica, they had a great offer.
