What is the true value of our SC Quad??!!

 Just heard from Taray this morning that our phase 2 quad is now finished and that a mortgage for it is available from Taray.

I will be getting in touch with Interbank, the motgage providers, re details of the mortgage package. In the meantime, just wondered how much property values have dropped in San Cayetano. Curious if any one has had a recent independent valuation or knows the current state of the market. 

Have property values in Spain reached rock bottom, or are falls in value still expected?

Our letter from Taray had the mortgage offer at 70% of the purchase / contract price (excluding 7% tax).  I am not an expert but that is a high % by today standards. Which is good news as it means less of a deposit is required.

Ive seen NEW quads for sale (for san cayetano) in los alcazaras estate agents for 140,000 euros and bungalows 110,000 euros and thats with the leisure area being advertised alongside them!

I think its gonna take a few years to creep back up!

Hi Tina, wherabouts are these houses advertised please as we have deposited on Manzanna 5 but Taray are being silly with us hence the reason we may look at resale!
