Friday Frolic to Saturday Shambles

Our last F/F for the summer was on the 26th June

Winning the Stapleford and coming in with 17 points was Bobby (50) Hallam, nice chips Bobby Thanks and well done.

Runners up coming in with 16 points was Ron Mulligan

Longest Drive was won by Alan Currell

No nearest to the pin this week.

Our first Saturday Shambles started this Saturday 4th July

We had 22 turn up for our 8.30 tee off and it was very hot today.

OK, Winning the stapleford and coming in with 24 point was Geoff Ellender

Runners up coming in with 20 point was Ron Mulligan

Winning the longest drive was Steve Brown

Winning nearest to the pin was Meta

And last man standing was Joe Burrell

Well done to all to all our winners and a big thank you for all those that turned up.

That means we was back at the bar about 11.30 just in time for a early beer and a bacon butty just great.

Just like to mention that Geoff Ellender went round the 9 holes in 39 a course record for SGS well done Geoff  but your H/cap has been capped sorry mate.
