Does anyone have the postal address for Sevillana Endesa

Interestingly I can't identify an address on the actual bills. They do include a web address  www.endesaonline.com/oficina if that helps at all.

I believe the Endesa office in Avenida Litoral was closed earlier this year and you have to go to San Pedro. I do not have the address for this office.

On a recent holiday to our apartment I had to deal with Sevillana Endesa and boy it was not easy!  People will tell you that you need to phone them in the morning to speak to an English speaking agent and that means being put on hold for ages or until you run out of credit! 

I had numerous visits to their offices in Marbella (no english speakers available here) and San Pedro (off Calle  Marques del Duero) which shuts at 1300hrs. You're right their office in Estepona is closed.  Finally and after several visits to both offices and telephone calls I decided to ask my lawyers to deal with problem.  During the months of July and August they work half days and resolution takes longer than normal!

Is everyone receiving their Factura bills?  I have never received any for the last 2-3 years!

If nobody has set up your billing address (you or your solicitor) you are not likely to receive bills, but they should normally go to the address of the the apartment or house that uses the power. If you paid a solicitor to set up the contract he/she should have done the billing, so don't pay twice.

If they take money from your bank account it will show your billing reference, you can use this to get the billing address fixed when you speak to them.

I have changed my billing address for DV twice over the phone without problems. I get free calls UK to Spain so I do it from the UK.

Does anyone have the address of the office in San Pedro.

I believe the direct debits they are taking are estimated and excessive as I have a number of large charges for months when the apartment was not used.

They have always read the meter every 2 months and used to bill every 2 months.

Now they still read the meter every 2 months but bill monthy with an estimate every other month. Therefore every other month your bill is correct.

You also have a standing charge each month plus tax, so no use still equals a monthly charge.

The bills are in excess of the standing charges and not estimated.

Address for their San Pedro office: Calle Marques del Duero, 29670 Marbella,  NOTE: it's just off this street (side street),  look out for the "Telepizza".
