Help.
I've found yet another strange Spanish banking practice and I'm perplexed.
Just noticed that the Banco Andalucia mortgage statement that comes in the post
has a debit statement that shows interest and capital. The capital element (Amiortizacion) is reported as 605.38.
On another pink slip that came in the same envelope "movimientos del contrato" it shows the balance
of the mortgage and the reduction for the capital payment (amortizacion prestamo) but this figure reads
602.43 !! i.e. 2.95 euros less than the mortgage payment advice.
I'm wondering if this is a mistake or some strange system?
Has anyone else with a DV Banco Andalucia mortgage got a similar experience?
I know I could ask the bank but I suspect I;ll get some crazy incomprehendable answer. So I thought to start here first as
you guys are always so helpful.
Also like myself you might not have noticed this is also happening to your mortgage account !!
