La Isla Condado Community Fees

Hi,

Does anyone know what the expected community fees will be on La Isla?

I am due to complete in late August and trying to understand how much the fees will be each month?

Hi Mark,

The unhelpful answer would be RPM.   Unfortunately I can't be more helpful than that.

The community quotas should have been set by now as PW are legally libal for the fees from the point construction was completed.  The calculated quotas will then need to be registered at the land registry and the new level 2 ( sub communities ) quotas passed to the community and the community administartors to allow them to prepare the new budget and calculate the new fees.  These will then need to be agreed. 

As far as I know Villa Jana owners have still not been informed although all the above was kicked off in March and the amended budget agreed in May, so I doubt if we will know about La Isla until at least Nov,   But then again PW/RPM could get thier act together and suprise me.
